She served as Senior Casting Director at Relativity Media/Critical Content for four years, overseeing MTV’s Catfish and launching Catfish UK in Manchester, while also leading numerous pilots and development projects for major networks and streaming platforms. Since then, she has partnered with powerhouse companies like Jesse Collins Entertainment, Kingdom Reign Entertainment, Wheelhouse Entertainment, PairedUp Media, DIGA Studios, ITV, Ish Entertainment, BSE Global and NZK Productions, with work featured across ABC, CBS, MAX, Netflix, Hulu, A&E, BET, MTV, Lifetime, History Channel, YouTube, Facebook, and more.

Beyond her unmatched industry track record, Keya is a mentor, storyteller, and natural-born leader. She founded Mason Castle Productions to amplify underrepresented voices and create space for stories that often go untold. Coming from that community herself, she knows what it feels like to be overlooked and has built her own table where everyone has a seat. She believes in a future as colorful and inclusive as a “United Colors of Benetton,” where people of all backgrounds are empowered to shine.

Her driving force is a love of people, psychology, and the art of storytelling, spotlighting not only what makes us different, but also what unites us. Keya is proud to serve as EVP of Programming, Media, and Talent Relations and Festival Director for the Kwanzaa Film Festival in New York City. She also previously served as Strategic Partnership Manager for the Black Girl Social Club, a 4,000-member organization dedicated to building community for Black women.

Keya is a proud member of the Television Academy, the Casting Society of America, and the Alliance for Women in Media. With her fearless vision, disruptive spirit, and relentless commitment to representation, she is not just producing television, she is reshaping the industry.
